After placing an order, how long until it ships?
Generally, orders are shipped within 72 hours of receipt; however, please allow 5 to 7 days during high volume times.
How will my order be shipped, and who is responsible for the shipping charge?
UPS Ground (unless expedited shipping is requested). The shipping charges are the customer's responsability.
What will the shipping charges be if I need the order expedited?
The additional charges are determined by UPS. When in high volume periods, orders placed that need to be shipped in 24 hours are subject to an additional $10.00 rush service charge. Orders over $1000.00 will not be charged a rush fee.
In addition to the shipping charges, are there any additional charges for packaging/handling?
Yes, prices can range from $3.00-$15.00 on all orders for packaging and handling.
What forms of payment are acceptable?
Orders are shipped by way of C.O.D, company check, Visa/MasterCard/Am-Ex/Discover and money order.
Can I be on Net 30 terms?
Credit references must be furnished and approved before orders are shipped on Net 30 terms. Please allow 2-3 weeks for credit approval in which a negotiable credit limit will be assigned to your account.
What is your basic return policy?
All returns will be issued as credit on future orders. No refunds.
Can I order a specific style, size, and design of the mango wood vases?
The style and size of the mango wood vases can definitely be specified, however, the designs come assorted.
