Ordering (+/-)
- Merchandise may be shipped with assorted colors.
- Distributor pricing available.
Terms (+/-)
- Opening orders are shipped by way of C.O.D., company check, Visa MasterCard/Am-Ex/Discover, money order. We encourage our customers to specifiy the method of payment when placing an order.
- Credit references must be furnished and approved before orders are shipped on Net 30 terms. Please allow 2-3 weeks for credit approval in which a negotiable credit limit will be assigned to your account.
- Overdue accounts will be subject to a service charge of 2.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
- Returned checks will constitute a $25.00 service charge.
- Past due accounts and accounts with returned checks will revert to C.O.D. by way of money order or credit card.
Shipping (+/-)
- All packages are shipped via UPS. Expedited services are available for an additional fee determined by UPS.
- All reorders are generally shipped within 72 hours of receipt; however, please allow up to 5 to 7 days during high volume periods.
- In addition to freight, there is a $3.00 charge on all order for box and packing.
- When in high volume periods, orders placed that need to be shipped in 24 hours are subject to an additional $10.00 rush service charge. Orders over $1000.00 will not be charged a rush fee.
Returns (+/-)
- If there is a problem with your order due to damaged or missing shipped items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods to make arrangements for credit or exchange.
- Return authorization numbers are necessary for all returns. Please call our office for an RA# and mark it on the outside of all returned boxes.
- If you are not satisfied with a new item you ordered for the first time, we will accept it back as a return only if shipped within 7 days of receipt.
- All returns will be issued as credit on future orders. No refunds.
